Narcissism Recovery Practice

I am Ellen Hermans, a lawyer by training and professionally specialized in legal and other education and training. In addition to my legal expertise, I have been on a deeply personal journey of growth and recovery, which has shaped me into who I am today.

Growing up in a family with a narcissistic parent and later getting caught up in toxic relationships, I have personally experienced the deep impact of narcissistic abuse. These experiences have led me on an intensive search for healing.

Through training in trauma release and years of self-reflection and personal development, I have not only rediscovered my own power, but also developed a deep understanding of the challenges we face as victims of narcissistic abuse.
